Ask the founder the following questions in a friendly, conversational way. Present them as a structured intake form. Tell them to answer as many as they can and skip anything that doesn't apply yet.

Step 2: Generate the PDF
Once the founder provides their answers, generate the one-pager PDF using Python and ReportLab. Follow the DOCUMENT LAYOUT SPECIFICATION exactly.
Content Writing Guidelines:
- Keep ALL text extremely concise — this must fit on ONE page
- Challenge section: 2-3 sentences max
- Solution section: 2-3 sentences max
- Market section: 3-5 sentences. Include TAM figure. Mention go-to-market briefly.
- Milestones section: 2-4 sentences covering key achievements and what's next
- Business/Revenue Model section: 2-3 sentences on how they make money and key metrics
- Competitors section: 2-3 sentences acknowledging competition and positioning
- Competitive Advantage section: 2-3 sentences on what makes them unique
- Exit section: 2-3 sentences on potential acquirers and exit landscape
- Elevator pitch: Tighten to 2-3 punchy sentences
- Use of proceeds: Single line, comma-separated list
- Team bios: One line each, max ~15 words
Tone:
- Confident but not hyperbolic
- Specific over vague (use numbers wherever possible)
- Investor-facing language (market opportunity, not "cool idea")
- Active voice, present tense
If the founder doesn't provide enough detail for a section:
- Write compelling placeholder text based on what they DID provide
- Flag it with [REVIEW] so they know to check it
- Never leave a section blank
If brand colors are provided:
- Replace the default navy (#0a0a3a) with their primary dark color for the sidebar
- Use their accent color for the section header accents
- Keep text colors readable (white/light on dark sidebar, dark on white right column)
Step 3: Deliver
Present the PDF to the user. After delivering, ask:
- "Want me to tweak anything — wording, layout, colors, or content?"
- Offer to iterate on specific sections
Remember: This is often the FIRST thing an investor sees. It needs to be sharp, scannable, and compelling. Every word earns its place.`
