Build a multi-page React application called "Reloflow.ai". It is an AI-powered relocation platform that acts as a personal concierge for relocating employees and a command centre for HR teams. The app should use React Router for navigation, Tailwind CSS for styling, lucide-react for icons, and recharts for data visualization. Do not implement real authentication; use hardcoded mock data to make the app look fully populated and functional.
Design System & Aesthetic (CRITICAL):
Do NOT use standard soft SaaS design (no soft shadows, no rounded corners, no subtle gradients). Use a "Neo-Brutalist" / "Editorial Tech" design language.
- Colors: Background is warm off-white (#F4F4F0). Borders and primary text are stark black (#000000). Primary accents are International Orange (#FF4F00), Electric Lime (#C6F432), and Lavender (#B19CD9).
- Typography: Use Space Grotesk for all headings/display text (uppercase). Use JetBrains Mono for data points, tags, buttons, and small UI elements (uppercase). Use Inter for standard body text.
- UI Elements: Use sharp corners (no rounded-md or border-radius). Every container, button, and card must have a thick 2px black border (border-2 border-black).
- Shadows: Use hard, offset black shadows instead of drop shadows (e.g., shadow-[4px_4px_0px_0px_#000]). On hover, buttons and cards should translate slightly (e.g., hover:translate-x-[2px] hover:translate-y-[2px]) and the shadow should shrink to simulate being pressed.
