Project Overview

Build a modern, responsive web application for a product called Openquota. It is a commission-based employee advocacy platform where every employee gets paid commissions for driving leads and sales (just like salespeople).

Tech Stack Requirements

• React with Vite
• Tailwind CSS (for styling, use modern utility classes, flexbox/grid)
• react-router-dom (for routing)
• recharts (for data visualization)
• lucide-react (for icons)
• motion (Framer Motion, for entrance animations on the landing page)
• clsx and tailwind-merge (for a cn utility function)

App Structure

The app should have two main routes:

1. Landing Page (/) Details

Design a high-converting, modern SaaS landing page. Use a clean aesthetic with an indigo and emerald color palette, subtle blurred gradient backgrounds for depth, and crisp typography.

• Navbar: "Openquota" text logo, anchor links (How it works, For Companies, For Employees), and a "View Dashboard" button that links to /dashboard.
• Hero Section: Animated entrance. Headline: "Turn every employee into an income-generating advocate." Subheadline explaining that employees get unique links, CRM attribution, and 1099 payouts. Two CTA buttons: "Explore Employee App" (links to /dashboard) and "Book Company Demo".
• Social Proof: A horizontal bar with 5 dummy company names (e.g., ACME Corp, Initech, Globex) styled in grayscale to look like logos.
