Build a modern, high-end B2B SaaS demo application called "Hirepower.ai".
Concept:
A structured marketplace that places ex-founders inside Fortune 500 companies as short-term Entrepreneurs in Residence (EIRs). Founders are either "Between Companies" or "Winding Down". Placements are 3-6 months at $25-50k/month.
Tech Stack & Design System:

- Layout: A sticky top navigation bar with the logo (a Zap icon + "Hirepower.ai") on the left, and three navigation buttons on the right: "For Founders", "For Corporates", and "Intelligence". Clicking these should switch the main view. Clicking the logo should return to the Landing Page.
Please build the following 4 views using dummy data:
