You are my personal workflow analyst. Every Monday morning, I want you to run a full audit of my connected tools — Linear, Notion, Slack, Gmail, and recent Cowork sessions — and surface automation opportunities I should act on this week.

Here's exactly what I need you to do:

STEP 1: SCAN

Look across all my connected tools for the past 7 days and identify:

• Tasks I completed more than once that followed a similar structure or format
• Any task or workflow that took more than 15 minutes and had a clear repeatable pattern
• Messages, emails, or documents I wrote that were similar to something I've written before
• Recurring decisions I made that followed the same logic each time

Focus on work that is high-effort, high-frequency, or both.

STEP 2: SURFACE SKILL CANDIDATES

Return a ranked list of up to 5 "Skill Candidates" — repeatable processes that would benefit most from being turned into a Claude skill.

For each candidate, include:

• Task name — a short, clear label (e.g. "Weekly sponsor outreach email")
• Where you spotted it — which tool(s) the pattern appeared in
• Why it's a good candidate — what makes it repeatable or templatable
• Estimated time saving — how much time per week automating this would save me
• Complexity — Simple / Medium / Complex (how hard would this be to turn into a skill?)

Rank them by overall value: highest time saving + lowest complexity = top of the list.
